The latest carbon fibre cloth and advanced resins have transferred the well accepted design of CarbonActive into a more refined blank that has a fantastic tip action ideally suited to light lines. All of the rods have undergone extensive testing to ensure they meet the high standard expected by our customers. Digital lift tests have proved that all Sentient rods will lift a 1kg dead-weight. This is much more pressure than is exerted when playing a fish in match type conditions and whilst we are not suggesting anglers should start lifting 2lb fish, it's reassuring to know that rods with such forgiving, refined actions also have the raw strength to cope with just about all types of match fishing.

DUTCH MASTER RODSDUTCH MASTER RODS
This range of just three rods has been specifically designed to suit the Dutch market where powerful long casting rods are required. With the Dutch Master range Preston have combined the power to cast long distances with fish playing actions needed to avoid hook pulls. With this in mind Preston are sure these rods will favour not only with Dutch anglers but also UK anglers who need long casting rods.
MINI SERIES RODSMINI SERIES RODS
This range of just three rods has been developed to reflect the current need for shorter rods on many commercial venues where the normal, traditional length of rod is either not required or is indeed unsuitable. All models have amazing fish playing action and offer excellent control.
SENTIENT SUPER RODSSENTIENT SUPER RODS
This premium range is made up of individually designed float and feeder rods, all intended to do a very specific job. Whether it be the lightweight 11' Feeder or the extremely powerful 13' Power Float, the message here is that the rod has been made to do that job exclusively. The feeder rods all have carbon tips and the float rods have spigoted top joints for added 'crispness' and a slim profile.

The Sentient range has been extended to now include two brand new feeder options. These additions make the Sentient range arguably the most versatile range available, with each individual model capable of tremendous versatility in all angling situations.
